The 18-year old KWPN keur stallion Farrington is moving to Kathy Hickerson's Majestic Gaits farm in the U.S.A. The liver chestnut Farrington is by Wellington x Doruto and will be available for fresh semen in the U.S. and backup to all the VDL frozen semen.

"Farrington is a super stallion for dressage. He received high marks on all 3 gaits 8.5 walk, 8 trot and 8 for canter. And a character of 9. He was described in his testing that the work was easy for him and he was very willing to work. We hope he is here and out of quarantine by the end of March and ready for breeding," Kathy Hickerson said.

In The Netherlands, Farrington produced 24 star mares, 20 keur mares and 1 preferent mare. He has a dressage index of 132. Farrington's best known competing offspring is Vera Zegwaard's Prix St Georges horse Limited Edition and the recently sold Michigan, who will be campaigned in the U.S. by Catherine Malone.

Farrington was never competed. After the stallion testing, he had an unfortunate accident fracturing his hind leg. He was unable to perform in sport, but has has proved himself to be a valuable KWPN stallion. The KWPN verband recognized him with the prestigious Keur stallion predicate.
