Mitchell Sold to Verena van der Linde

The KWPN keur mare Mitchell, owned by Marian Dorrestijn and Hennie Broekhuijzen, has been sold to German 16-year old Verena van der Linde. Aboard the bay Mitchell, the Verena aspires a place in the German Junior Riders team.

Mitchell (by Inspekteur x Zonneglans) was bred by Marian Dorresteijn, and has been trained by Dorresteyn under the supervision of her sister Coby van Baalen-Dorresteyn. Mitchell competed in The Netherlands most recently under Marian and in 2000 under junior rider Paula Duyn. The mare was trained up to Prix St Georges level.

Verena van der Linde is in training with Johann Hinnemann and discovered the horse through Coby. Verena's sister, Carolin van der Linde, is member of the German young riders team aboard Westfalian state stallion Feinsinn NRW.
