It will take even longer than expected for the 2002 World Champion Farbenfroh to make his rentree in the show ring. The announced come back on March 11-14, 2004, at the CDI Dortmund has been unfortunately cancelled.

"He has misstepped himself in training yesterday," Capellmann said in a press conference in Dortmund. Farbenfroh (Freudentanzer x Aarstein) pulled a tendon right after the World Equestrian Games in Spain in September 2002, and was treated by multiple vets. Farbenfroh has already been 15 months out of "service."

If Nadine Capellmann still wishes to qualify for the German team for the 2004 Olympic Games, she will have to receive a 63% Grand Prix score twice from an interational judge before the end of May.

Also not riding in Dortmund is Ulla Salzgeber. She has decided not to appeal against the FN-verdict and her two month suspension from competition has started. Salzgeber can not compete until May 1, 2004.
