Don Capone is a 17.0 hh Oldenburg bred stallion, who has been licensed. This beautiful elastic mover is an exceptional horse for people with an exceptional taste.

Don Gregory is a Donnerhall x Graphit sire owned and standing at Gestut Vorwerk, home base of American USET rider Lisa Wilcox. Known for his suppleness and excellent rideability, Don Gregory passes on great movement and character to his offspring.

Dam Sire Caprimond is one of the few Elite Sires of the Trakehner Verband. Caprimond is by Karon out of Capri VI (by Mackensen), which means that he carries a bloodline that represents tradition and the finest selective breeding of the Trakehner Verband. Caprimond passes on a beautiful eye, elegance in movement, and willingness to compete.

Don Capone is a great blend of Oldenburg and Trakehner bloodlines, which make him destined to be a top competition horse and breeding stallion.

Lauritz J is a Holsteiner sire by Lorenz x Moltke and is a proven performer. He has been a successful international show jumper, as well as a renowned sire, passing on scope, character and strong gaits to his offspring.

Lindgren is a fabulous 4-year old Oldenburg gelding which steals your heart with his delightfully supple movements and great disposition

Sired by Levantos I, Lindgren carries a top bloodline constellation in the sire line. Levantos I was the 1992 Reserve Champion at the Holstein approval in Neumünster. Warm Welcome is a horse to die for! PSI describes the 4-year old Hanoverian as a possible successor of the Grand Prix horse Weinrausch, but in fact he should be praised for the fortés he's showing right now. What a canter! If there is one reason to order the PSI video tape, it is just to see the canter of this phenomenal horse. Of course excelling in his three basic gaits, Warm Welcome is destined for the international ring; one has not have to be clairvoyant for that.

Sired by Walt Disney, Warm Welcome carries foundation Hanoverian bloodlines that go back to World Cup I (Woermann x Sender). Walt Disney, who is currently standing at stud in Denmark, is known to produce excellent get when paired with blood type (TB, Trakehner) mares. With the thoroughbred Amerigo Vespucci xx as dam sire, Warm Welcome fulfils the requirements of knowledgeable breeding.

Watson is a 6-year old Westfalian gelding and the "oldest" horse of the 2003 PSI Auction Collection. He is very advanced in training level and is ready to go Prix St Georges. Watson is an excellent horse for Young Riders who want to be launched into the Champion's orbit, or for riders who have the ambition to compete at FEI level and claim trophies and ribbons. Watson is a beautiful chestnut gelding with three outstanding paces.

Watson is an experienced show horse and was competed by Sandra Frieling. He qualified for the 2003 Bundeschampionate and finished in a respected fourth place overall at the Championships. The Bundeschampionate were won by another PSI auktion horse, Poetin.

Sired by Weinzauber and out of a Damenstolz dam, Watson is pure Nordrhein Westfalen product. Weinzauber is by Weinberg, who is sire of multiple Grand Prix champions, such as Guenter Seidel's Nikolaus.

The tall 3-year old Lord Optimist is a horse that will make your day: beautiful, modern, elastic and replete with talent.

This dark bay Oldenburg stallion is licensed and was 30-day performance tested in Schlieckau, Germany, in April 2003. He achieved a total score of 8.02 points and showed almost equal talent for dressage as for show jumping. During the 2003 show season, Lord Optimist was competed by Stefanie Kerner, who showed him at the Oldenburg Regional Championships in Rastede. Kerner scored twice 8.2 points and finished second twice in the 3-year old Riding Horse Class for stallions.

Lord Optimist is by the renowned Bavarian stallion Lord Sinclair who passes on suppleness, elasticity and rideability. The dam sire Cagliostro xx infuses refinement and nobleness into Lord Optimist's bloodlines, making him a top level dressage horse and breeding stallion.

PSI described this horse as a "Chocolate Chestnut of the best quality in a small package." If you are a small adult or a junior/young rider who needs sky-is-the-limit-quality in a small package, than Dream Rubin is your dream horse. Although this gelding doesn't stand too high, he has movements of a large framed dressage horse. Electric, supple and obedient, Dream Rubin is a horse that is goin places!

Sired by St Ludwig's pride stallion Dream of Heidelberg (Donnerschlag x Heidelberg) who also sired the licensed stallion Dormello, one of Germany's most popular at stud at the moment. Dream Rubin's dam sire Rubinstein needs to further explanation. Together with Weltmeyer and Donnerhall, Rubinstein has been one of the most influential sires in dressage breeding over the past decade.

Limited Edition is a natural talent with simply stunning movements, making him a superb prospect for the 2004 Bundeschampionate or any FEI Young Horse Class for the upcoming show season.

PSI has gone Dutch with this Westfalian branded Limited Edition. Sired by the Bavarian multiple Bundeschampionate champion Lord Sinclair, Limited Edition enherited suppleness and elasticity from his sire.

Limited Edition is out of a KWPN mare by Democraat, a licensed sire from the Netherlands, who was briefly competed by Olympic Champion Anky van Grunsven. Democraat is proven foundation stallion with offspring in the international Grand Prix ring, such as Gestion Jup, and get performing at Prix St Georges level, such as Hunter and Dunhill.

The 5-year old Oldenburg gelding Spotlight was Reserve Champion at the Regional Championships in Oldenburg and qualified for the 2003 Bundeschampionate. He's Fourth level ready and an interesting FEI prospect. At the 2003 Westfalenwoche, Sandra Frieling scored a 7.5 aboard Spotlight and finished 9th in the qualifying round for 5-year old young horses.

Spotlight is by the Thoroughbred stallion Sevillano xx who has been appreciated by the international press. "Sevillano xx (by Alpenkönig xx out of Serenade xx by Chief xx) is a very successful sire in Oldenburg and also had his first son approved in Neumünster, the premium Donaufischer. It was unbelievable to see him move, espcially keeping in mind that he is a TB. His hind leg activity was exemplary and the spectators rewarded him with several rounds of applause."

Dam sire Weltmeyer needs to further explanation. This proved Hanoverian foundation sire has sired multiple Grand Prix dressage horses and un uncountable amount of licensed sons and St. Pr. mares.

Lots of Fun's sire Longchamp is by the Thoroughbred Lauries Crusador xx and competed at the German Bundeschampionate. Dam sire Condor M was successful at S-level under legendary rider Dr. Reiner Klimke.

First mare in the 2003 P.S.I. Collection is catalog number 12, the divine 4-year old Hanoverian star Wiener Charme. This dark bay mare is very uphill, has three expressive basic gaits and is a real show star.

The necessity of infusing thoroughbred in the traditional German bloodlines is clear from the large list of xx pedigreed horses in this P.S.I. Collection. Wiener Charme is sired by Waldstar xx, who is a proven stallion with two Bundeschampionate Champion offsprings. Gloster sired the 1997 Bundeschampionate winner Gonzales.

Winter Magic is a delightful four-year old Oldenburg gelding with an extraordinary canter. He's definitely fit for the international dressage ring.

Sired by Johannes Westendarp's World Young Horse Championships' participant Wolkentanz II, Winter Magic enherited suppleness and beauty. The KWPN dam sire Ex Libris (Elan xx x Principaal) is a proven performance sire whose offspring is known for its high rideability. Ex Libris won the 1991 stallion performance test in Medingen, scoring 9.0 twice for rideability and for basic gaits.

Rotano is a three-year old gelding of supreme talent. At the CDI Verden, Rotano finished second in the Hanoverian Championships for 3-year olds under Eva Möller. Rotano scored 9 for his walk and trot, 8.5 for his canter and 8.6 overall. At the 2003 Bundeschampionate, Rotano finished seventh overall with 42 points.

Sired by the 1997 Licensing Champion and 1998 Stallion Performance Test Winner Rotspon, Rotano has inherited rideability and beauty from his sire. Brentano II is the 2003 Hanoverian Sire of the Year and has produced world class dressage horses such as Brentina and Poetin.

Weissager is by Hof Kasselmann's proud stallion Welt Hit O (Weltmeyer x Hill Hawk xx) who unfortunately passed away last year. Onyx is a KWPN sire who can be retrieved in several dressage horse lines. He is the grandsire of approved stallion Nero (Balzflug x Onyx) and Jacorde (Concorde).

Liebeszauber is by the Young Horse World Champion Laurentianer (by Lauries Crusador xx) who is currently being competed at Intermediaire I level under the Dutch Marlies van Baalen. Liebeszauber's dam sire is Schöning.

Paradise Valley's sire Pik L is currently competing at Intermediaire I level in the United States and was sold to Ann Whitten through P.S.I. He became Intermediaire I Horse of the Year in the States this year. Wittelsbach is by the Thoroughbed Wiesenbaum xx

Sired by Lanciano, Livin' Easy has the same father as elite stallion Lord Sinclair. Dam sire Donnerschlag, who is now breeding in the U.S.A., is the most famous son of Donnerhall. Donnerschlag's son Dublin was sold through the 2002 P.S.I. auction for 270,000 €

Dreamcatcher will probably be the second biggest highlight of the 2003 P.S.I collection of dressage horses. Dreamcatcher is an athlete with power and dynamics who already has show experience and has been licensed. Miriam Henschke competed Dreamcatcher at the 2003 Bundeschampionate and finished in a distinguished third place scoring 9.0 for trot and canter, 8.5 for walk, 9.0 for rideability and 9.25 overall. 

Dreamcatcher is by the Oldenburg sire Day Dream (by Don Gregory) who was the top auction horse in Vechta in 1996. Day Dream is currently trained at Grand Prix level and was one of the most impressive appearances at the 2003 Althengst Parade at the Oldenburg Stallion Licensing. Dreamcatcher's dam sire is the elite foundation sire Rubinstein.

Never before did P.S.I. had such an interesting horse up for auction as Poetin. The 6-year old mare was Bundeschampion as a three year old, reserve champion as a four year old, and World Champion AND Bundeschampion as a six-year old. Poetin is the paragon of a modern sport horse: elegance, superb conformation and breathtaking gaits.

Poetin was of Sandro Hit's first crop of foals and bred by the Brandenburg Landgestut. Dam Poesie is by Brentano II, the 2003 Hanoverian Sire of the Year. Poetin is a mare that makes poetry happen in the show ring. She's a unique piece and is reason enough to visit the P.S.I auction, even if you are not into buying a horse!
