2002 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses

Eurodressage's in-house photographer Dirk Caremans travelled to Verden, Germany, to shoot the 2002 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses.

The 5-year old division was won by Dr. Ulf Möller aboard the black Oldenburg licensed stallion Don Davidoff (by Donnerhall). He won all three rounds averaging a total of 93.40 points. He was narrowly beating by Anja Engelbart aboard Paul Schockemohle's Oldenburg stallion Diamond Hit (by Don Schufro x Ramino). The bronze medal went to the Swedish combination Stefan Jansson on the grey stallion Rubinrot (by Rubinstein).

In the 6-year old category was won by last year's winner Hans Peter Minderhoud on the NRPS licensed stallion Rubels (by Rafurstinsels), while the silver went to Holga Finken on the chestnut Hanoverian Wanesco. Sandra Deker and Dream a Little Dream were good for bronze.
