The 12-year old Oldenburg breeding stallion Welt Hit I O passed away after a severe colic attack. Trained to Grand Prix by Bianca Kasselmann and stationed at Paul Schockemoele's stallion center in Muhlen, Germany, Welt Hit I O is one of the six licensed brothers

by Weltmeyer out of Cileste. In 1994 Welt Hit I O was reserve champion in the 3-year old division at the Bundeschampionate. In 1995 he won the Stallion Performance Test at Medingen.

Welt Hitt II, trained by Oliver Luze, temporarily shown by Leida Strijk, Ebba von Essen and Coby van Baalen, and now back in training with Oliver Luze, is one of the two still competing Welt Hit stallions. The youngest in line, Welt Hit VI, is currently being trained by Dr Ulf Moller at Kasselmann's facility in Hagen, Germany. Welt Hit VI became Bundeschampion in the four year old division in 2001.
