Fourty-one year old Ulla Salzgeber seems to have a ready tongue, but when it comes to the point modesty flatters the Reserve European Champion from Berlin, Germany.

"I will only compete on the international turf as long as I have medal chances and quality Grand Prix horses; If not, you won't see me at any show." Only competing when she is and has the best, Ulla Salzgeber is not destined to stay home with her second Grand Prix talent Wallstreet.

Grand winner of the Grand Prix and Special at the 1999 Parkfestival Dressur in Bad Honnef was Salzgeber with the Russian Wallstreet of unknown origin. Wallstreet is only eight years old and has the potential to "outdo" his stable mate Rusty. "He's gorgeous, has three excellent basic gaits and is gifted in all GP movements," Salzgeber said. With two Russian 'Tsars' at her disposal Salzgeber is virtually guaranteed of a dominating presence on the dressage scene for the upcoming years.
